friendly employee helpful employee cramped room lacking service
i was in a town for a show. the venue was a ten minute walk. every employee was friendly and helpful.
the hotel didn't quite live up to expectations. rooms were clean and cozy, yet a bit cramped for the price.

mandatory valet uncomfortable bed
the mandatory valet parking felt excessive. it cost a lot. it felt especially expensive because there were no complimentary bottles of water in the room. i had to buy water separately. the bed wasnt very comfortable.
